HOW WE CAN HELP

Practical support for sleep, rest and recovery

Whether you struggle to fall asleep, wake through the night, feel tired after sleeping, or worry about getting enough rest, we’re here to help.

Our psychologists can help you understand the cycle between sleep, stress, anxiety, routines, thoughts, and daily functioning, then build strategies that fit your lifestyle.

No pressure to force perfect sleep.
Just practical support for improving sleep in real life.

UNDERSTANDING SLEEP

What is normal sleep?

Sleep can vary from person to person. Many adults need around 7 to 9 hours of sleep, and it is normal to wake briefly during the night. Sleep issues become more distressing when they affect your ability to rest, recover, function, or feel well during the day.

Difficulty falling asleep

Lying awake for a long time, feeling frustrated, or worrying that you will not get enough sleep.

Waking during the night

Waking several times, struggling to get back to sleep, or feeling alert when you want to rest.

Unrefreshing sleep

Getting enough hours but still waking tired, groggy, low in energy, or unable to concentrate.

Worrying about sleep

Feeling anxious about bedtime, clock-watching, delaying sleep, or becoming stressed about not sleeping.

Therapy can also support
stress, anxiety, mood, fatigue, concentration, sleep routines, emotional regulation, and feeling more rested day to day.
