ABOUT JOSEPH

An empathic, practical approach to meaningful change

Hi, I’m Joseph, an Organisational Psychology Registrar at Reimagine Psychology Melbourne. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns including anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship difficulties and workplace challenges.

I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. My approach is empathic yet practical, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, clarity and confidence.

In our sessions, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor our work to your individual needs and goals so that therapy feels collaborative, practical and useful.

My background and beliefs

Alongside my clinical practice, I work as a Behavioural Risk Manager within a professional services firm, helping organisations better understand the human factors that influence workplace behaviour and decision-making.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built around understanding your experiences, recognising your strengths and developing practical strategies for change. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you can build resilience and move closer to the life you want for yourself.
