ABOUT JENNY

A culturally aware approach shaped around you

Hi, I’m Jenny, an Organisational Psychology Registrar at Reimagine Psychology Melbourne. I work with adolescents and adults across a range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, identity issues and study or career-related challenges.

I aim to create a confidential and accepting space where you can be yourself and begin to understand the patterns shaping your experiences. I bring a culturally aware and trauma-informed perspective to therapy, while respecting your individual background, values and experiences.

My approach combines empathy with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Where helpful, I also draw on career coaching to support clients in finding a path that fits their goals and circumstances.

My background and beliefs

As a second-generation Australian, my own experiences of seeing family and friends navigate the relationship between cultural identity and the Australian workplace shaped my interest in psychology and workplace wellbeing.

I am passionate about helping people from diverse backgrounds thrive at work. My experience includes building mental health awareness with local councils and immigrant families, supporting young people and first-in-family clients with career coaching, and working with senior, female and emerging leaders around workplace challenges, leadership development and performance.
