ABOUT GEORGE

A collaborative approach built around you

Hi, I’m George, a Senior Psychologist at Reimagine Psychology Melbourne. I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children across both individual and group settings.

I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, Autism, disability, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family issues and men’s mental health. I aim to create a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we can tailor an approach that feels right for you and your goals.

My background and beliefs

Something I often say to clients is, “I may be an expert in psychology, but you are the expert in your own life.” I believe therapy works best when we collaborate to find an approach that fits your individual needs and helps you feel safe, heard and understood.

I believe in supporting people with practical, evidence-based strategies while recognising their own experiences, strengths and goals. Together, we can work towards meaningful and sustainable improvements in your wellbeing.
